Discover in this workshop how much your "theater" is entangled with your "being".

We like to present ourselves at our best to the outside world, and we use that whole complex of behaviors, signals, customs, traditions and agreements every day.

Usually that is very functional and we benefit a lot from it.

But not always.

​

In this workshop we learn who we are and who we play. A fascinating journey of discovery in our own theater. We also learn how we can switch from the playing frequency to the being frequency and vice versa, what enormous freedoms that yields and what authority that offers us.

​

A day of recognition, where with a lot of humor and interactivity we set out on the way to the possibility of always, and I mean always, being able to be fully relaxed in life.
